Before visiting Robber’s Cave State Park in 2015, I didn’t know how diverse Oklahoma’s landscape was. Now I’m obsessed with the amazing State and Federal Park system here.. But what about the Botanical Gardens? How, until now, have I never thought about them unless I happened to stumble across one?
I’ve been photographing the things around me for as long as I’ve been drawing. Over the years I’ve been on both sides of the camera- acting as model at some points, as photographer at others, and sometimes occasionally even both at once… And it’s never gotten old.
Last year my Husband and I went Camping at Osage Cove, located off Kaw Lake near Ponca City. It started out amazing just like most of our trips do, but we quickly discovered that we’d picked a bad campsite.
